Content provided will be kept by GoToBoxes for 30 days before being deleted. Do not submit content that is unlawful, offensive, dangerous, or violates property rights. We do not filter content unless necessary. GoToBoxes reserves the right to reject any content that violates the terms and conditions. We may disclose content if required by law.

GoToBoxes provides creative tools and accessories to all users. However, you do not have ownership rights to any design created using our tools. GoToBoxes owns all rights to the designs. Before uploading any content, ensure it is high-quality and meets our specifications. GoToBoxes disclaims responsibility for errors or color distortions in customer-submitted content. Content must be in RGB format.
GoToBoxes uses high-quality printing standards but cannot guarantee exact color shades due to screen differences. Color variations may occur, especially with red shades or UV coating. Discuss any concerns with us before printing.
Turnaround times depend on the type of product and order. Delivery fees are not included in the estimated turnaround time. Once an order is confirmed, no refunds are provided. We offer multiple turnaround options for customer convenience. Orders received after 8 AM will be processed the following day. Group shipping may extend delivery times.
Orders received after 6 PM are processed the next day.
Orders received after 8 AM are dispatched the next day.
Orders received by noon are dispatched the next day.
Production tasks are confirmed on the fourth day and completed by the seventh.
Free delivery is available on future orders. Same-day delivery is not guaranteed.
In special cases, we may print and dispatch boxes on the same day.
Orders with defects or questionable content will undergo inspection before acceptance.
